Will my application be processed if one document is missing?
No, the pre reservation application must be handed in with all forms completed, a 200€ cheque for admin fees as well as the fee grid, general terms and the guarantor form, completed and signed by both the tenant and the guarantor.
If the file is sent by fax, it will be processed but original papers will be needed (fee grid, general terms and guarantor form) as well as the cheque for admin fees for complete approval.
Will my application be processed quickly?
We try to look at applications within 48 to 72 hours
In case of cancellation, will my admin fees be refunded?
After approval of your application by our services and confirmation from you, this amount shall in no cases be refunded if you cancel your tenancy.
Can my company be guarantor for me?
Yes, the guarantor may be a company as long as all documents requested are accepted.
Do I have to take out a home insurance policy?
The company has entered into an insurance policy covering risks of fire, explosion, theft and water damage covering the property and items of equipment. The personal effects of occupants are not covered by this policy. Tenants must sign a contract for liability insurance and insure their personal belongings.
Is it possible to terminate the hosting contract before the date indicated on the contract?
Yes, termination is possible after giving one month of written notice of departure. In this case the rent will be readjusted on the basis of the tariff attached to the contract.
Is the deposit refunded on departure day?
No, the deposit is refunded within 2 months of leaving, after deducting any costs for restoration, degradation, losses or cleaning, as indicated by the inventory report.
Can the deposit be used to pay oustanding rent due to an early departure?
No, the deposit cannot under any cirumstances be used as payment of rent.
Is the tenant entitled to housing assistance benefits?
Yes, the tenant can benefit from the ALS
